A6 ZL1 owners: How often do u really use your tap shifter feature?
I realized that I hardly ever use the tap shifters on my Z's steering wheel mainly because I can only use one hand on my steering wheel due to the other hand operating my hand controls (cuz I'm in a wheelchair).
although I do wonder though..... would I really ever use these functions even if I were able to use both hands on my steering wheel or not? what about u guys and gals?

had them on the wifes first 2010 SS and never used them. in fact they were really only good for straight line running cuz when you turn your wheel they turn too. its best just to run in manual mode on the auto and leave the tap shifters alone. that way the car shifts at slightly higher shift points

Every day! Nothing beats the sound of the windows down and grabbing second gear at 5500 rpm... It's an angry sound...

Used daily for both up and down shifts. Nothing quite the sound of the S/C whine and exhaust at a 5K+ shift. Also love the rev matching downshifts.

Use them mostly for engine braking down a long hill.

I tried the paddle shifters a few times when I had my auto 2SS. I found it a very unnatural way to drive the car and not even close to resembling the feel of a true manual transmission. As others have stated, I drove my auto 95% of the time in M mode.
