save yourself some money and get a Wix, Purolator PureOne, or Napa Gold filter.

they are just as good as the K&N filter (often better) and cost half as much

so mobil 1 synthetic is the oil i should go with??? and what's the difference between a K&N filter and a good ole acdelco???

i've been runnin havoline non-syn oil with an acdelco filter for 5 years in my colorado with no problems. i figured this being a muscle car things would get difficult. lol.

the car comes with M1 synthetic from the factory.

Royal Purple oil with a Mobil 1 or K & N oil filter. I may try the new Royal Purple oil filters. I have been useing Royal Purple in everything for about nineteen years now.

Well my 98 has 240,000+ on Castrol SYNTEC so I will probably go with Castrol EDGE.
