In all fairness, the point he made is actually relevent. The 5.0 will make more power on 93 octaine. Per Ford. VVT or something like that? It will advance timing when it reads a higher octane(higher flashpoint), and lower when a lower octane is used.

I don't want to promote a Mustang on a Camaro forum but yeah there are in fact up to $5k off MSRP at certain Ford dealers right now. I actually got almost $10k off my 2008 GT brand new but of course the country was in a huge recession. Here is hoping for some big discounts on left over 2016 SS's in about a year.
