anyone purchased from Cold Air Inductions?

I purchased my intake over a month ago and they have yet to send me any info on it as far as tracking, eta, etc. Im starting to feel this company got over on me. They dont answer the phone, I left several messages. Has anyone experienced this before?

Ordered mine a few weeks ago, also have not recieved anything yet either in regards to my order.

Have heard absolutely nothing negative in regards to this company, every thing about them and there product has been legit and positive.

I have had great success at contacting them and recieving speedy replies via email.

However in there defence I have not contacted them since my order and I am not worried in the least about not recieving my purchase.

We have no orders that are over a month old. The oldest order we have is 4-5-10. We hope to have all backorders shipped in the next week or so. Sorry for the delay.

I ordered directly from CAI. I got mine about a week after I ordered. If you call them they are great about returning calls too. I love my CAI intake!

well when I first inquired about I was told I would recieve 2 weeks. I'm not mad or anything I just like to be given a straight forward answer. 1 month and 2 weeks are pretty far apart. Had I known that It would have a made a difference in my buying decision. Nonetheless, I'm excited to see it and hope its worth the wait. Good luck to yall as well.

Took about a month to get mine from them, but it was well worth it. Fit and perfomance were great. I ve seen one other thread about a problem and they fixed right away.

They are good about responding to email. I got a reply same day. Also, I called them last week, talked to a nice person and asked about my order, was a week to fill and a week to ship is what I was told over the phone.

However, I asked for a refund after their email reply today, I don't like waiting for things a month. Order placed 4/23/10, based on my phone call, that meant it should have been filled 4/30 and I should have it in my car by 5/7. I was told today another 7-10 days before it was filled, then figure 5 days for ground shipping. That would be at the earliest then 5/15 and at the latest 5/18.

OK, so thats 22-25 days, sorry not a month but might as well be. My cam install should be done 5/12, I see no point waiting an extra week to 10 days before getting accurate dyno numbers with all the goodies properly installed. I scheduled the cam install based on getting all my parts in, week to fill and a week to ship indeed.

Not sure what kind I'm going to end up getting now, heard these were pretty good intakes, maybe they just need to hire someone else to get them cranked out to keep up with supply and demand?

It's been my understanding that they're working to build inventory back up after having stellar sales leading up to, and at, C5Fest.
