Never seen a dyno between the different manufacturers. Personally, I wouldn't go with shorties, doubt if you would even feel the difference. Long tubes will cause a check engine light that will require a tune to turn it off.

I have the Pacesetter long tube ceramic coated headers, had them on for about 6 months and no problems. The price is alot less than the others. I also got high flow metal core cats and no check engine light, I had it tuned a few weeks later to maximize everything.
