New. I bought them and decided not to do the mod. Comes with ducts and backing tape. I may have the instructions (if you really need them)... pretty straight forward how to install. Asking $80 shipped.

Yes you’ll have to cut the lower grill unless you want to order one of the street scene grills that are made to fit with the ducts. And yes there are clips you’ll have to loosen up to pull the grill out in order to cut it.
