Brake fluid Leaking from transmission

Hi guys,

Just before i stored my car for winter, i was driving to my house and the last 200-300m, my clutch pedal stayed to the floor. I parked the car, looked at the brake fluid reservoir and it was a bit low. I've filled it and when i was pressing the clutch manually and putting it back up, the brake fluid was coming out of my bellhousing.

Didn't opened it yet but i would like your advice on this.
Slave cylinder???

Slave is most likely the case. Possibly the line is loose. Maybe a mouse ate its way through the hose before it transitions to a hard line? Only way to know is to start a detailed inspection. I would start at the reservoir and work your way down to the bell housing before start looking at pulling the transmission for the slave.

would this also affect the brake pedal too since they use same resevoir? The issue I am having is sometimes especilally on start up I get a hard brake pedal and then the clutch pedal feels weird too like not depressing all the way. The resevoir was low, I filled it about 3 days ago and seemed better until today now doing the same thing. I don't notice any leaks though.

It could be the plastic bearing support going away in the slave cylinder. If so you should replace that with the Monster Clutch billet piece and install a separator resivour for the clutch slave while your at it.

OP If the fluid is coming out of the vents at the bottom of the bellhousing, slave is the most likely culprit. Regardless, you new to pull the trans to see the problem
Post what you find. I haven't heard of a slave blowing a seal without other issues ie heat
