August 21st is the Good Times Car show down here. Pretty good sized show. They limit it to 400 cars due to the heavy turn-out every year. If you want to win a trophy though, better bring more Gen-5 friends, cause voting tends to run along the sponsoring car club lines...so for the 2000+ year category, one the member's Challengers or Mustangs will take all the spots, and there is no local Camaro club. Still a good show though.

Thanks for all of the restaurant ideas. My buddy and I will have to go hit them for some good food.

I was wanting to bring Greengo for running around Denver for the week but looking at the long term weather forecast I am thinking I better not. I would hate being in the motel watching it hail on my car knowing it should be home safe in the garage!

Tom you better knock on some wood. I would be more concerned about parking at the hotel with some family of nine kids from Arkansas rolling out of their 72 Mecury carrying their luggage made of aluminum giving it a door ding.

Mine got broken in very quickly. I found myself in quarter-sized hail only 4 hours after taking delivery. My hood has 2 reminders that will probably never get fixed because of it.

That is true. I try to protect it when I can. I do get it out and drive it some. I bought it in late Dec and now have 5000+ miles on it.

Yes that is true you gotta drive um. The company likes us to use the rental car or the site company car if it is available rather that our personal vehicles. It is in my opinion a murphys law thing. If I took Greengo it would hail, if not it will be nice weather.

No, there's busting the cherry, and then there's blowing the cherry up with an M80. Its not nearly as bad as nuking the cherry (Shadow) or even shooting the cherry with a bazooka (ripping the bumper off), but it definately wasnt pleasant.
