2016 camaro lt1 v6 jerking on acceleration

my wife complains of jerking or bucking on accelerations sometimes, i experienced it once seemed to be trans related we have had to local dealer three times they say unless they can experience it or it throws a code they can't help it. my wife is very frustrated she previously had a 2014 camaro lt v6 and it was all go no complaints, and she misses the performance, any one else have this problem? our hands free phone also sucks who ever we speak to can't hear us and have to turn up volume then when phone hangs up radio is screaming at us,dealer also says this is normal but her 2014 worked perfectly, almost wishing never traded for this car,
