Hey guys ..
i was thinking of buying this Camaro
but it kinda looks weird :/
i've seen other ZL1's and their Hood looks different .. ??
what is this ???

A local guy here has that hood on his 1LE. It's not a stock hood of course. You can tell if the car is a real Z by the VIN.

yeah that is an aftermarket hood for sure I am not sure which brand.

I personally like the stock hood better than that one and it is worth more.

so if you buy that car make sure you get a good deal. the factory carbon extractor is like $3,000 piece that is missing from the car.

I would look for a different car unless you really like that hood or get a smoking deal.

I am not sure if is just the lighing in the pic but the color match does not look 100% on either.

seeing more and more clones. Check the VIN
If it is a 2012 the 8th number should be a P designating the LSA engine.
If it is a 2013 I am not sure how the ZL1 was identified.

I don't see the ZL1 logos on the headrest...definitely check the vin.

Given the hood and headrest, I'm going with 95% probability that they have placed ZL1 emblem on a non-ZL1.

Sorry, but that hood looks terrible, whether its on a real ZL1 or not. It's way over the top.
