Would this be all I need to do Angel Eye Halo Headlights HID conversion? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I've seen the DIY thread on the HID conversion but I wanted to know if this kit had everything I needed to do the conversion without ordering the conversion kit from a separate source.

In the description below it says "Complete set includes Left and Right Sides Headlights and 6000K HID Conversion Kit with ASIC Ballast and ( H9 Hi/Low for Halogen, if you want to apply HID, you will need to get H11 HID kit for Low Beam application only, Leave High Beam Blank ) HID light bulbs"

I don't understand why it says if you want to apply HID you will need.... I thought it says it comes with the conversion kit needed. Does that mean I need to buy additional bulbs or wiring harnesses to make the HIDs work?
