know what I hate?
I'm wandering around the house, having a sandwich at 2:30 in the effing morning because I once again can't fall asleep. Every couple weeks the same problem. Graaaaah. I'm not looking forward to going to work in a few hours...

It won't help you tonight, but try taking some melatonin next time you go to bed.
It will help put you to sleep and it resets your internal clock, works wonders for jetlag. And you won't feel like you were drugged in the morning. |

Imagine you're in a Rustang and driving it. Surely that will put you to sleep! LOL! Oh wait, that could be a nightmare and you may not get back to sleep ever!! lol

I usually try to only hear myself breath it always helps
I wanted to take the tylenol pm or similar pills but im afraid i will become addicted to them. Sometimes i need some sleeping pills.

My girl uses melatonin pills that you can get at a grocery store with an herbal section or at a nutrition store. Try them out.
