A friends 2012 Camaro SS l99 a week ago ive been helping with the build process mods are 1 3/4 headers 3inch full exhaust no cats x-pipe, bullet mufflers, cai, circle d 2e 4000, 3.91, passenger and rear seats removed, KHP TUNE

Gonna have to lock that converter in 3rd and leave it locked through the 3-4 shift for best et and mph.

Yeah plan is to get 2inch headers gpi modded intake, Bo white tb, and more tunning before we go vvt heads and cam. Did not know you could lock these 6l80 transmission in third it was locked in 4th gonna have to try that lock in 3rd next time out

Yeah 17*7 race stars 215/65/17 back are 18*9.5 grand sport rims with 305/45/18 Mickey drag radial

I ran pretty much the same combo all year but with NT05Rs in back.

Like Ryan was saying, and I briefly had a 4200 in my car, I would think that you'd have to try locking that big converter sooner.

I wasn't locking mine and did go 115.7 on one pass, but my car was shifting into 5th gear right by the boards.

Nice job! Your short time looks good! Get your VVT tables set with a good tune, lock up that converter you you will easily be in the 11's!

You guys were my motivation in modding my friends car! Lol Seeing how good these cars run with good combos. I got most of the ideas from you guys cars! Lol

Yeah wish I could have ET'd a little better, I tried to get too much done on DRs and none of my tracks are consistently good.

Good to see your car running so good. I've been out of the game for a couple years do to some injuries.
I miss going to the track.
I've still never run my car with anything other than 20" wheels with NT555Rs.

Hopefully I can get back to the track some time in the future.
