Since this thread started back last year I got these... The website doesn't list the 40mm offset but they do carry them.. Around $150 each...

http://www.wheelreplica.com/z06wheels.html

Just put mine on the car today for the 1st time and they fit perfectly.

Make sure you check your e brake clearance. I had to hold mine back bc the cables were touching, or close to touching, the wheels.

I'll throw another site into the mix. I picked up C6 Grand Sport OEM wheels from
http://www.houseofwheelsonline.com/corvette1.html

If I remember correctly they were 175 per wheel. At the time (last year) he had plenty of OEM Grand Sport Wheels with the 40mm offset. He also carry's replicas.
If I'm not mistaken you want to ask for Bob

Running the same setup. 300 and some change for the C5Z6 reps, another 600 for MH RaceMaster's. What size you running in the back mlee? I thought the largest I could run is a 275/45 - 18 with a 1" drop.

Yeah... I had that issue w/ my 22's way back... These do need to be tied back.

I've got 305's w/ a 1" drop also. I believe the wheel is 9.5"
