They didn't have issues issuing refunds, found out when credit hit last night. So not trying to rip anyone off.

Keep your head up Pfadt. Although this is a set back, I believe with the vision your company has doors will open up. Thank you for choosing quality over quantity I'm just sorry it ended in unfortunate events. Bless you and all your staff.

Glad I got my drop springs, but this seriously sucks. I had my list of sway bars and so on that I was dead set on, and I had finally settled on the tri-y headers... and the customer service I've received is why I wanted to go with Pfadt, combined with the reputation for kick ass products.

Man... not what I wanted to read when I logged on. This blows.

Im blue over this!

Well like I said, in the vehicles Ive calibrated, the Pfadt LT headers always had more TQ and HP over other brands. That's why I got them And im glad I got them. I hope the community sees your return soon.

...this totally ruined my day. With all my discussions with Kerry, I was amped up about those Tri-Y headers and sway bars.

Why not just announce extended waiting times for parts? I'd put in an order and wait... a buddy of mine has been waiting on rifle parts from a well known manufacturer for over a year and a half... people have no problem waiting for products so long as they know they'll be waiting, especially when the products are worth the wait. Just a thought... I guess I've just never heard of a company going under from having too many orders. I'm deeply disappointed, selfishly, and hope to see you back in the market before I'm ready to pull the trigger on some headers and sway bars...

Sorry to hear this...but really? Is this a pause?...I've never heard of companies going out of business because they've sold too much. Cash flow problems yes, but if you've got orders, you should be able to get financing/factoring on these.

Doesn't add up...your products are great, why go to get VC money, that's surely the last port of call.. Banks, Friends and family and angels first (they don't seek 51% with preferential stock and a new CEO normally)...

How will you 're-org'? Something's not right here...

Sucks. Glad I was able to receive my springs and sways before this happened. Sways seem very well and strongly built, idk about the springs because I haven't opened them yet.
