No, but the default user title for moderators is moderator. Most of us change it at least a little bit

You know... your sig gave me an idea. They should have drag races on carrier decks. Then it wouldn't be just about horsepower and speed; brakes would become the most important performance upgrade.

I wonder where THIS will be moved to? HAHAHAAaaa.....

Nah, just put a hook on the front side of the wheely bars... If present, if not, just install a hook... Let the cables do the rest...

0-140 in nine seconds, 140-0 in 2.2 seconds

You better be wearing a neck brace for that.

It might be possible to catch a car like we catch planes landing, although planes are more solid than cars. I'd be concerned about debris—body panels, undercarriage components—flying off of the vehicle in all directions upon grabbing the line.

I almost moved it just because you said that.

Going from 140 to 0 in 2.2 seconds might cause other things to go flying too; minor things like engines, lunch, teeth...

Ya know... I almost put this in the "parts flying off your Camaro" sub-thread under the "Carrier Drag Racing" thread but I was afraid no one would read it so I posted in here.

I think we talked about this in the past... something about the only way the mustang would win a race would be to have it launched off the deck of a carrier
