Did my first "mods" last night... removed the big gold bowties and SS badges and put the heritage style SLP ones on. Not sure I'll keep it this way forever, but I can always put the stock stuff back on without too much hassle... I'm kinda diggin' the way these look!

That is such a great color. For the life of me, I can't understand why not enough were sold to be able to keep producing it.

Website made it look horrible. If more people had seen it in person, or if it had been photographed better, it would probably still be around.

Well, now I understand. I've actually only seen the color on a car from posts made here on C5, and they all look great. I do remember seeing a color swatch once about 2 years ago, and it didn't seem that great. Too bad Chevy couldn't find a way to represent it better.
