Here's an article where Motortrend got 13.5 @ 105 mph out of a G37 sedan.

http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/...t/viewall.html

Here's an article where Car and Driver got 13.7 @ 104 mph out of a G35 sedan.

http://media.caranddriver.com/files/...-sport-6mt.pdf

http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...term-road-test

Edmunds got 13.7 @ 103 mph out of a G35 sedan.

http://www.edmunds.com/infiniti/g37/...son-test1.html

Here's a few bone stock and mild bolt on G sedans running low-mid 13's.

2008 G35 Sedan 5AT: CAI/Tune/Muffler Deletes. 13.3 @ 105 mph. DA: -295(55 degrees).
http://www.dragtimes.com/Infiniti-G3...lip-22416.html

2007 G35 Sedan 5AT: Bone stock. 13.4 @ 103 mph. DA: -1514(41 degrees).
http://www.dragtimes.com/Infiniti-G3...lip-23633.html

2007 G35 Sedan 5AT: Bone stock. 13.5 @ 101 mph. DA: 1163(73 degrees)
http://www.dragtimes.com/Infiniti-G3...lip-14689.html

2007 G35 Sedan 5AT: CAI/Cat Deletes. 13.5 @ 106 mph. DA: 650(70 degrees).
http://www.dragtimes.com/Infiniti-G3...lip-25477.html

2007 G35 Sedan 5AT: CAI/Catback/Tune. 13.5 @ 104 mph. DA: 544(55 degrees)
http://www.dragtimes.com/Infiniti-G3...lip-17997.html

2007 G35 Sedan 5AT: Muffler Deletes. 13.6 @ 103 mph. DA: 425(65 degrees)
http://www.dragtimes.com/Infiniti-G3...lip-14063.html

Me: 2007 G35 Sedan 5AT: Bone stock. 13.6 @ 102 mph. DA: 750(45 degrees)
http://www.dragtimes.com/Infiniti-G3...lip-25352.html

List of stock/near stock G sedans running 13.3-13.5's here.
http://www.dragtimes.com/results.php...arch+DragTimes

Of course these are times from all over the country with varying DA, track prep, weather conditions etc. So a stock car may run faster in negative da in florida, than a mild bolt on one in Utah at 2500 feet above sea level.

Many more links than this... but I will stop here.

To say it is incapable of 13's and is not a 13 second car is blatantly ignorant any way you put it.

2011 Camaro V6 vs. 2013 Challenger RT vs. 2008 Infiniti G35

I didn't go to the track this past Friday, but according to my friends, my professor with the Challenger RT hit 15s in the quarter mile. I'll see if I can get some slips but I don't believe it.

And I asked my friend for his year and model of his Infiniti and he said it was an 08 G37 coupe so I was off on that aspect. We should be able to race this Friday if everything goes as planned.

???. Why the name calling? Why would you get your panties in such a wad over how fast a car goes? Are you the CEO of Nissan?

I said those cars were 14 second cars +/- a tenth or two....so what do you do? Get hysterical and post a bunch of links that exactly prove my point.

I found a few links that you must have overlooked:

Here's a 13.9: http://blog.caranddriver.com/the-que...ase-throwdown/

A 14.0: http://media.caranddriver.com/files/...-g37-sport.pdf

A 14.2: http://www.edmunds.com/infiniti/g37/...st-specs3.html

So it's a 14 second car +/- a couple of tenths just like I said. Don't fly into an internet rage just because a G37 runs 14's. That makes no sense.
I think there's a good chance that a stock G35 or G37 would beat a stock v6 Camaro. They do have a slight power to weight advantage after all. Very slight.

I just spoke with my professor and he said the fastest time he got that night was 14.3. My friend with the G37 apparently would rather go watch Captain America tonight then go race. *sigh*

Is your track at sea level because those time seem high for your Camaro with bolt ons and the charger should run faster then 14.3

We're at around 95 feet above sea level. The Gulf of Mexico is about an hour drive from where the track is.

5.7 challengers/chargers are turd sandwiches. Don't worry about them.

If you say they run 13 anything, the owners get butt hurt.

The Challenger is an automatic, which are quicker than the manual R/Ts that have been tested my rags as quick as 13.5, autos have run 13.1. The G35 should be a decently easy low 14/high 1. Unless this track is at a really high elevation and is effecting your times negatively, you probably have more fight from both cars than you can handle.

13.1? Maybe at cecil in negative DA haha show me where this track is, I run a hair quicker than any r/t that has been to our track. I know, I'm there every friday. If a R?T can run 13.1 at that track and runs 13.7-14.0 at my track, then I should run 13.1's at that track as well. bench racing for the win.

G35 isn't fast, I have a low 11 second nitrous LS1 camaro for that. There's faster times of the r/t online because the amount of owners that race it at the track are probably a good 20x+ the size(like 60,000-70,000 r/t owners vs literally maybe 600-700 G's) that actively race nation wide in 07-present g sedans at the track. Even it that small spread, in negative DA in florida a guy did 13.09 @ 105.6 mph with a good 60 foot. The vq37 sedans are rated 13.5 @ 105 mph stock from motortrend.

Of course you have that magic track that makes your car faster than the norm and every other car slower than the norm.......
