crazy idea

so my brother has a wild idea of cloning my car using foam to make somthing like this

i asked him how ? he said i'm gonna mask the whole car and cover the car with foam to make a molding thingy then i will cut it and somehow he will fill the mold and remake my car

the question is should i let him ?
is it safe for my babe ?
and is it worth the try

Try it on a 1/18th scale model first.
At minimum, it would damage mirrors, grill, diffuser.
