Difference in Black Powder Coat vs. All black?

Hey guys so I was looking to buy a Phantom grille and I saw this on ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-2013-Ch...29e6dd&vxp=mtr

This one is Black Powder Coat and comes with top/bottom for a really good price. VS>
http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHEVY-CAMARO...b7bb10&vxp=mtr

This says ALL BLACK, I could not find any other difference between the two. Does anyone have experience with these, or what am I paying for in the extra 300$?

Thank you for your time,
Shayne

They are both powder coated.

It's listed in the description: Protected and enhanced by a backside DuPont Semi-Gloss Black powder coat finish

And if you really want to compare prices, look up the MSRP from the manufacturer and/or other retailers. eBay is not the place to compare prices, you need to know the going rate to know if you are even getting a deal. I've seen parts listed on eBay for more than quality vendors are asking.

I've seen some ebay vendors list the same item twice.. Once with a ridiculously high price and once with a regular price... This makes their regular price seem like a hell of a deal.

That said $150 for the first one seems legit.

I don't see a brand on the 1st item, so you are likely taking your chances as with any other no name item.

The 2nd (high priced one) is billetanything: http://www.billetanything.com/trex-products.html

There products are carried by several vendors.

those prices are ridiculous.... they should be like $150-$200 tops. i had that exact style on my only 02 Z28 and it was like $67 shipped lol anyway their not my cup of tea, the zl1 grille looks way better and is only $115. I think this grille would look really good on the lower grille only.
