Thanks. Got it.

blazzin1,

Yes, this is a deal I/you can get right now, and its a complete set of 4 rims and 4 tires for $2500.00. Just get them mounted and balanced, buy the correct lug nuts, and your ready to rock and roll.

As for price of $900.00/pair for the rear wheels with tires, are you nuts?? These are brand new, and I would think that next to new prices is what I would want to get. If your looking at buying a set of wheels, and I could save you $50.00 for the set, wouldn't you take the deal, I sure would!! These wheels are $450.00+/each, and tires are another $225.00, so for $900.00 for just the rear wheels shipped to your door, that's a great deal.

Finally made it to the track the other night, and boy, did these tires HOOK!! With the car being bone stock other than a Roto-Fab CAI, it ran a 12.11/118 with a best 1.95 60'. I know the car will 60' better, which will drop my times down into the 11.70s hopefully. I learned a few things while at the track.

These tires dont like to be aired down to 15lbs. The car liked 20+lbs in the slicks. Also, the car feels much more wiggly going down the track at 15lbs, and MUCH more stable with 20lbs. What I really need is a buddy to video the car launching so I can see what the car is really doing, and then make corrections then. There was another ZL1 at the track with me (hey ZLWON) and he was running 12.0s at 124mph with headers, cutouts and a tune, which he said was making 594rwhp. I will be taking my car to the same guy that gave him the tune (Synergy Motorsports) so hopefully I can get the car deep into the 11's, just gotta get my launching technique down!!

I still consider myself a rookie. I agree around 20lbs pressure in these heavy cars seems to work.

Mike535, you have some pretty cool mods, have you been to the track, or had the car on the dyno? Curious to see what kind of power your making.

Fixed for now...with tie straps. I'll have to make a bracket for it later.

Can you guys take pics(of the wheel) where you are having clearance issues? I'm sure weld can custom make these wheels to clear anything you need them to.
