It pretty much all depends on your individual situation what you will get. Some of the things banks look at when giving you a rate: (this is just my opinion, but I have talked with friends who have/do work for different banks.)
* Credit Score (and some banks give more weight one credit bureau vs another) * Income * Time at job * # of accounts with bank * length of time with bank * type/history of accounts. * whether you own or rent a house, etc. * length of loan you are looking for.

You best bet is to shop around to credit unions that you are a member of or qualified to join, as well as look at regular banks.

I was offered 4.22% for 60 months from Bank of America. My credit rating is 782, I would put $10k, my mortgage is with them, and I authorize automatic draft for the payments. So, I ask why the hell I wasn't getting the 3.70% rate. Well, its because my dealer is not in their network. Well, anyway my dealer and credit union said he couldn't come close to 4.22% so I'm going with B of A.

I got 3.7 from BoA. I am only putting about $5000 of my own money for the down.

First secure your own financing through a credit union or some like bank of america. They got me 4.49 for 72.If you have a good size dealership they might be able to beat it to earn your business. Mine said they could beat it and I really didnt think they could but they did 3.89 for 72 I was very pleased!

Just wanted to let you guys know that the best I could do was 3.99% for 60 months. I got that through my credit union. Bank of America was offering 3.7% for 60 months but you have to be a premium member and you have to finance at least $25,000, so I couldn't take advantage of that.
