I changed my gears on my car to 3.55's and the speedometer
is off by 5 MPH / 10 KPH.approx. So I asked Trifecta to adjust and they asked me to take pictures side by side of my speedometer & a GPS going at a certain speed & send it with a new LOG.
My question is why? Can't they just use some kind of formula to calculate the difference of gear ratios and then adjust it in their tune?
Did all you other guys that changed gears in your cars had to do the same thing??

It sounds like laziness on their part to me. I'd call them out on it, get their head back in the game or bench 'em.
