Just wondering.

I have bbk shorty headers and axle back flow master 40. Looking at upgrading to slp long tube headers and exhaust with a tune. 2800.00 for everything. Just wondering for that kind of money will I see a big difference.

Well the only thing your going to gain on is the headers and the tune. The exhause really won't show any gains.

2800 for headers and a tune? That's ALOT of money in my opinion.

^^ what he said. Do magma flow mid and x pipe, tx speed headers, kooks hf cats (there are used ones that usually sell for $200) and maybe slp2 axle back or magnaflow mufflers.

I think its for headers, exhaust, labor and tune. Which is still kinda high IMO.

Would high flow cats I am getting help also. The Chevy dealer I used for many years has become a slp dealer. I know I am paying more but they said my warranty would not change, even with the tune. I figure if the dealer does the work my warranty would be good.

$2800?

I don't even know why you would consider that a viable option over what you have. Is it because the dealer is saying you will still have a warranty?

I would probably be better off and cheaper just with a tune.

I've been tuned since 2010 and have had "0" issues, kooks Lt 1 7/8's, Flowmaster 3" catback with cm exhaust and a vararam. Save yourself ALOT of money.

1000 for kooks 1 7/8
400 for a tune
200 MAX for a shop to install (which is soooo easy)
1600 should be roughly what you should spend. Save over ONE THOUSAND dollars and get bigger headers and a custom dyno tune. Just my .2
