I do not understand he put his deposit down 6 months ago but just ordered 7 weeks ago, something does not make sense to me.

Tell him that no way are those wheels worth that much. If they are dealer installed then the car comes with the original set as determined by your factory options. When they put the others on they have a complete set to resell and make more profit on. We know it , you know it, the dealer knows it.....Hell even Aunt Edna knows it. Tell the dealer you want both sets or you will walk on the 21" and check out ebay. Give it a few months and they will have complete sets with the tires and TPMS for way less. I got my 20's for my Avalanche that way. Dealer wanted $3600 for the set. Got them on Ebay for $1500 plus $250 shipping. Went to the service department after I put them on and paid $80 to have the computer programed for the size difference and the new TPMS matched to the system. Sold Original set for $700. In all I saved about $2600 plus the taxes that the $3600 would have cost me.

You can then call Dave in parts, and order them with the forum discount for less, and walk away with both sets.

secondly he said the plant is not taking any new orders now, so he does not know when my car will be in even tho i ordered it like 7 weeks ago and had my deposit down like 6 months ago... I was told it would be here late july, now he tells me he has no idea that it will probably be here sometime in august or maybe even september

I CANT WAIT ANYMORE... ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY

So basically you are paying $7000.00 for a set of 21" rims and tires. $4000 for the 21's and guess the 20's would be around 3000. Hard to believe 21s cost $4000 more than 20's.

So... Ask the dealer how much you are paying for the 21 inch wheels, and if he says the normal sticker price of 4k, laugh at him and cancel. (unless you like giving them free money, of course. then by all means give them your 20 inch wheels for free).
