I agree, at high speeds it is stable but I would say its (5/10). its not that its bad it just not that great. I think that most-stable cars at high speeds are german cars. Back home I use to own a BMW 730li sure it was a pig to get up to speed but I could cruise all day at 100+ Mph and I wouldn't know it.

For an LS maybe. I believe it's related to the tires the factory sent. BFGs, 118. P-Zero, 150 (I believe).

In any case, I've been to 130 before I wussed out. Definitely had more.

Slightly off-topic, but this is only true if your V6 had 18's on it from the factory. If you got the pzeros, it's 157!

155, and from what I've read they top out at like 140 or so due to power/aero instead of the electronic limiter. There's been debate on that though.

I was certainly hoping to go faster. :(! I gotta do the research on how to change the limiter. The old lady was pretty surprised when I bet her it was limited.

P Zeros are the Pirelli tires that come with the RS package.

No research needed. Any tune will take care of that. Pretty much the only way. However, the reason it's so low is the speed rating of your tires. I would highly recommend you change your tires before trying to exceed that. You don't need a blowout at 140...

My advice, if you want to have a little fun occasionally then do it, but don't drive WOT all the time. I think you would wear your car out like that. But hitting it getting on the interstate or going to the track every so often won't kill it.
