Well I notice lots of slippage in my stock rear end and that is why this got my attention.

Never tried it but I have a powertrax locker in my truck. It works great but it will effect handling in the corners a bit. The locker unlocks in a tight turn but on more gradual ones it stays locked up so the tires will wear a bit more on the insides as it drags a bit, but if your aim is to run at the drag then you can't go wrong. The eaton seems to lie somewhere in between mine and a standard limited slip. Seems pretty interesting.

From what I read this should be the answer for the T2 Torsen limited slip diff in the Boss 302. This unit also gives you grip and power to both wheels even during turning with the outer wheel rotating faster than the inner wheel.

So the eaton is in and we are past the break in time now...I am not sure if I like it...it will do for now until something better comes along. The car hiccups now, bucks when u decelerate. When you turn, it sometimes makes the car hop...going to go for a more aggressive testing run soon and explain my thoughts more.

I'm thinking allot of the issues with the 9" kits we have been selling have been with the Eaton, the GTO guys are also having trouble with the Eaton from the design to the dimension that holds the axle not being right. Last week i sent a factory diff to Autotech/Wavetrac so they can make one for the car.
