First off i upgraded to 21" rims and i asked if I could keep the set of 20" ones as a spare and he said no, that I only paid the difference between them... thats a crock of shit because other members here got to keep them when i paid the full amount

secondly he said the plant is not taking any new orders now, so he does not know when my car will be in even tho i ordered it like 7 weeks ago and had my deposit down like 6 months ago... I was told it would be here late july, now he tells me he has no idea that it will probably be here sometime in august or maybe even september

I CANT WAIT ANYMORE... ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY

I would go to another dealer...I ordered in April...should be here this week...but I cancelled mine...bought a G8 instead.

Does he think you are smoking something? Your MSRP is based on the car having the base wheels for that package. My original order shows the standard RS 20s at $0 and the VZN 21s at $4680.00. Does he think they are going to ship it without wheels? The 21s are dealer installed! If that's the spot he's going to put you in, I would cancel your 21s and then see what he says. Your MSRP will only drop $4680, or $4865 depending on which 21s you ordered and your car will come with the standard 20s.

You can then call Dave in parts, and order them with the forum discount for less, and walk away with both sets.

i have spoken to many owners who have purchased the 21's. On the window sticker it shows both sets. All owners have reported getting their 20's as well as their 21's. Now if the car comes like that then i / we would not expect to get both sets but becasue you pay for a car that has to have wheels, not a 4600 difference between the 2 then that is BS. I pulled up my Window sticker which was suggested by other owners and will roll to the dealer with it. I suggest you do the same.

Unless you really have to have them listed on the window sticker, just get them through somewhere like CamaroScotty or GMPartsDirect.com.

Through TireRack.com, the front tires are $416 each and the rears are $502 each.

($509.60 x 4) + ($416 x 2) + ($502 x 2) = $3874.40 plus shipping and mounting.

Sell your stock 20's for $1200 and you've got the same setup your dealer is offering for at least $1500 less.
