Its awesome to have clients that understand their cars

I assumed all supporting mods were a given. He said a stock LS3 engine. I was going with stock internals and such, wasnt talking about a 100% bone stock car. Good call though.....

Did any parts break as a result? J/W, all these folks get all kinds of engine parts w/o a S/C and only get around 450whp, seems like getting a whipple would give me everything I want without having to install all kinds of other parts.
I read similar claims from mutiple vendors ...530 RWHP on a Stock L99

However , my suggestion is to contact Whipple direct,
what I was told 18 months ago by the Whipple Rep was 440-460 on an L99
and 490-510 on a LS3 .

Before headers I was at 456 ...From a reputable installer.
After Headers and a Pulley change I am at 505 and 8-9 lbs boost.

I ended up with the new style SLP TVS2300. They offered a 3 year 36K powertrain warranty with the blower drop on only. I was tossing between the whipple and TVS. Kinda wish i went whipple cause its a bigger supercharger but i got the cheaper one and had the warranty.

In the end my LS3 with the SLP TVS2300 drop on only (no headers, no cai ect) supercharger only with canned SLP tune, made 502 RWHP.

So with the drop on Whipple only i would imagine you would be right at that 550RWhp mark, esspecially with a custom tune, Add headers CAI and fuel work and youll be over 600rwhp.

My goals are to pay off what i have, then add JRE Cam, headers, CAI, bigger injectors, smaller pulley, custom tune and should be in the ballpark of 675RHWP

I've been at least 630RWHP for the last 2 years with a Whipple. I recently added 102mm TB and meth and now making 677RWHP. I know it wasn't the most reliable power level so I order one of these bad boys.

Not sure how many Benjamin's it cost ya with SLP, but I was approached by SLP to do exact setup you have..I had more miles on mine at 16,000 and they wanted a large amount of money for the conversion without placing other items.
I have an L99 but looking at doing the LS3 conversion with Whipple which would be nearing 700 hp. I already have CAI, Headers and Long tubes. Turn key would be less than 12,000.

I have the L99 currently with Headers, Long Tubes, CAI and Tune. Here is my sheet below...

I was told if doing Whipple only along with current mods it would near 500 HP but doing the LS3 conversion with Whipple would put well over 600 HP

I met a local guy who has headers, cam, and tune...put down 709 rwhp.

I just wish they had a slightly larger front feed...patience.
