a couple other notes. we just elevated the front of the vehicle on stands, had to ramp it up to jack it up then slide the jack stands under it. the stock gaskets were still in good shape, slight browning but in very good shape. didn't use any lock tite on header bolts because to be frank it took every thing we had to get the bolts in with out adding and extra steps. we did use a little anti seize to the o2 bungs but it wasn't on there long before we took them out so not sure how well that helped but like I said earlier they cam out pretty easy for us.

some started by hand and at one point on the dreaded passenger side we had to loosen them up so the last couple could go in, could not get them started by hand so we figured back them all off and start again and after the third attempt we were able to get them all hand started and then finished torquing them with a pneumatic driver to spec. biggest issue was the lack of room, my short arms and fat fingers...LOL. luckily my brother in law is tall with long slender hands, those rear bolts and that extension connection were nearly impossible for me to get. glad I had help.

lol my install isn't go so well tried to complete it today, 2015 1LE and all the o2 sensors were on REAL good ... 3 came out after some cursing and man power, and 1 I had to torch/heat it to remove and threads are shot... dealer didn't have one in stock so next day shipped it for tmw morning at 8am ... $170CAD(+tax) for the replacement sensor down the drain ... here's hoping tmw goes MUCH better... Hoping once install is complete, the epic goodness of the LT Headers will make it all worth it
