Question about coilovers(Pfadt) and aftermarket wheels(Forgestar F14)

Greetings, I just thought I would ask this question int he wheel forum since it would involve wheel selection.

First off, I'm really considering the Pfadt Featherlight Coilovers in the future. However, I may end up going with Forgestar F14's. Front 20x10 and Rear 20x11. With those particular coilovers, is there an offset that I should consider or stay away when it comes to the coilover choice?

Reason I'm asking is because I don't want any issues like rubbing or anything that would affect the coils or hit them in anyway. I've been looking at the Forgestar F14's and am planning to order soon but would first like to know if they would work well with the Pfadt coilovers. Thanks. The tire size btw would probably be similar to the ZL1 tire size.

Contact Pfadt or one of the vendors that sell Pfadt.

Having said that, I'd say if it fits the stock setup, it will fit with the coilovers installed as they are smaller diameter.

Pfadt went out of business a day ago. http://www.pfadtracing.com/blog/pfad...ng-has-closed/

But, I'd recommend ordering wheels from a vendor that really knows the Camaro and the suspension parts on the market. Some coil-overs have less tire clearance, others have more than stock. I've owned 3 fifth gen Camaros, personally. Let me know if I can assist!

Tony, I have a set of F-14s with a 25mm offset on a 19 X 10 square set up I got from you recently....and I'm running Toyo R888s 295/30s....Street wheels are 20" ers....All fit fine on Stock shocks....

....Don't know if you remember, but I was getting Pfadt coilovers....well, not now, they never came in....so, swapped them for the Ride-Techs...any thoughts on the clearances with my wheels and the Ride-Techs coilovers...???

Thanks, Tom...

Tom, I've not seen or installed any Ride-Techs before. Sorry, not much help on that brand. The Pfadt and KW brands had the worst tire clearance, so hopefully the Ride-Techs aren't any worse.
