I had the street R on racestar 17s. I have not ran the Hoosiers yet, but NOTHING has hooked as hard at the street R for me yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on these. They say that this tire is basically a slick made into a DOT drag radial for competition purposes only. They drove fine on the street on the way home from having them mounted. I'll be driving the car to the track.
