The dealers seem to have plenty of ZL1s just sitting around, there is a saturation point for buyers on this type of vehicle. Already a great number of totaled out ZL1s bought by people who did not respect the performance capabilities of the car. I owned a 2006 Pontiac GTO, the build numbers on those were a lot more per year, and you didn't see many of them around then or now. Mine is a 2013 #546

That's why I dumped my 13 allocation and started searching for a 12... plus I'm not a fan of how MyLink looks in these cars.
For those who just figured out their Car Numbers... Go here... and put them on the list. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=198761 |

7,xxx or so ZL1's for 2013 is still low compared to corvettes, 2013 was a shorted production year due to C7 coming out & I believe there were at least 12,000 that year. Average year for a C6 was probably 20,000 but that is just a guess & I stand to be corrected.

Over 20,000 1969 Z/28 Camaros were built, and we all know what has happened to their value over the years...
