I'm no GT expert, but your L99 A6 should be good for 12.8s - 12.9s in good conditions with your setup.

Hey I would own one of those.... They are about looking good, sounding good, and having fun..... Not all out speed.

Would tend to agree... The Vert was a GREAT summer cruising vehicle!

If that's correct, then it won't be very close from a dig, and no race at all from a roll.

If he were on DR's and you were stock, I'd say it could be closer from a dig, but still not enough for him to get you.

As to the white GT, sharp!

That's actually a pretty nice car. I bet it was faster than you give might give it credit for, especially with the 4.10s.

260 HP and 302 pound feet of torque, the wight is the kicker, they only weight around 3200 pounds. Still no match, but they aren't bad.

Wow.. you guys are lucky.. The 98 Steeda GT clone I had put down 181HP with the 4.Sux and the 4R70W -- Now.. that's what you call a slushbox..

and that was with a larger TB, MAF, chip, intake, light wheels/tires, gears, etc...

Raw HP was just one part of the equation... The rest of the car, not so great IMHO... in 2002 I was looking at both Mustang and Camaro... Yes, the Camaro was a friggin' rocket ship compared to the Mustang in sheer straight line acceleration... which was very cool... However when I considered the whole car... i ended up in a 2002 Mustang..... In 2009, however the choice went to the 2010 Camaro not the Mustang...
