I have four new general gmax tires on now. When the message first appeared, I only had the two new tires up front, and completely bald P zeros in the rear.... If that is what caused the problem, shouldn't it correct itself? And the general tires are the stock sizes BTW..

Disconnect the vehicle battery for about 5 minutes, it will reset the computer. It *should* correct itself if you have the proper tire height now, but the reset will make it happen sooner.

Would the good ol' fuse pull work?

My service mgr tells me the tires front-rear must be within 3% of each other to not trip codes. Larger or smaller diameters that effect the speedo can be programed into the computer to adjust the speedo.

Is it easy to install the front wheel speed sensors? The service stabilitrak light is still on, (haven't disconnected the battery) but its still giving a C0035 code... If i could swap them out myself easily, i'd just go that route... The part is only about $20 bucks, and id rather swap out the front ones instead of paying $100 for a diagnosis, then $20 for the part, and $40 to put it on...

Sears just put the wrong size on my front... 245/35/20. ABS light came on as well as stability, traction control, stabilitrak, and service stabilitrac was displayed on my DIC.

They're putting the correct size on tomorrow, is there anything I have to do to reset these indicators?

I can't believe places are selling tires to people that don't come close to matching up in diameter.

I'm thinking of switching my Continental DWS tires for Michelin Pilot SS's, but the front tire in the Pilot is .8" shorter than the rear (27.9" vs 28.7) will that much difference make the stabilitrac go out? That is about a 2.86% difference.
