The first time it had about 3,500 miles. The new clutch stuck to the floor as the tech was bleeding it, so we knoew we would have problems again eventually. This time about 14,000. We found out today that the techs we want to work on it are on vacation also next month so it won't go in until Sept. probably.

Update:

Went to the dealer today and told them what was going on with my Camaro. The service rep seemed very receptive. I made an appt next Tuesday to take it in at 7am. Hopefully all will be resolved. The guy was nice enough to offer to get me a car if it took more than a day to fix it... didn't get that offer when I owned a Ford.

vin # 55967 Hello I have a problem with my clutch also it stuck two time's in the drive way had to pull it up with my foot. Also when the pedal is pushed to the floor and released back up it makes a clicking noise every time at the top. And once ,it chatter in first gear around 10 or 15 miles per hr and when I let off of the gas pedal, my car has 1,700 miles on it and I have never ran it hard from a dead stop. The clutch feel's softer now to me also.My car has been at the garage going on three days now,and they did mention the launch problem to me but that's not the noise problem that I'm getting engaging the clutch pedal.

here is the second half of my VIN: W0B9105028

I'm experiencing a clunky shift alot of the times except around 2500 RPM or hard accel. Haven't had many problems really just wanted to see what you guys were experiencing. It just seems a little noisy like clutch chatter. Is this normal?

Mine has not done it in a while, but I have not been doing any high RPM launches. However, check this out: http://www.autoblog.com/2010/09/24/f...ems/2#comments. Not sure if it has been posted here yet. Seems the 2011 Mustang is having a simular issues and FORD is at least acknowledging it.

I had the same problem with less than 1600 miles on the car. The dealer told me that it was normal too the second time I brought the car in they actually looked at the bolts on the pressure plate because there was a TSB on them. When they pulled the bolts and looked at the clutch they found that my clutch was shot. It was all burnt and they finally replaced the whole clutch assembly. It feels great now it engages much lower and the engagement is smooth. The engagement has never been smooth on the clutch from when I first got it. It pays to be persistant with the dealer and have them look up the TSB on the bolts from the pressure plate coming loose maybe they will actually check your clutch and find the problem. Good luck.

We will see what happens with this next dealership, being persistant with the last dealership did no good, I was told not to come back because these problems were not real, and said I was using them to get lemon law status, even though lemon law was never mentioned! To be honest if that was what I truly wanted I could of gotten that with the faulty paint, but I dont want the lemon law if possible, what I want is the car that kept me sleepless for ten nights waiting for it to arrive, not the problem child I received.
