New Cam only A6 times

2011,2SS
A6 car, custom cam,ARH headers,Airad cold air, Yank SS3600 converter, Nitto 305/30/20 tires

1.66 60'
11.64 at 116mph in the 1/4

Race weight 4065lbs

I think it's got a 11.50 in it with alittle more tuning.

Nice ET there Don. Think the Nittos are enough for these tanks?

They worked but I couldn't launch at 3k rpm. So an ET street or Hooser would be a better choice.

Congrats Don! Very impressive driving for those tires. Where did you run NED?

I'm going up Friday night or Saturday for another run at 11's, if I can cut your 60' then I'll be deep in the 11's to.

Very impressive driving especially for those tires!...

Ken

Thanks
I mostly run NED and was racing the 11.5 class that day.
The launching was the easy part. Hitting a Pro tree light was hard on these tires.

Ive never run bracket although I would like too......

I'm still trying to learn to drive this car to it's full potential so TNT is it for now. Maybe later this summer I'll try a bracket class out.

Great run. You list the size of your Nittos but not the model (NT555, NT05's, ect).

The tires are 555R's. The ones that work in the rain..LOL

Best launching was stalling to 2000rpm. Anymore than that would produce spin -which dictates a ET street on a smaller wheel would be better.
