We'll need to make sure events move around so everyone can participate at least occasionally. Since we all live in various areas of the state instead of just one metropolitan area we'll need to figure out how to best accommodate our situation. At least starting out, I don't think we'll ever see more than a handful or two of cars at any one event. Not every one will be able to attend every event because of date conflicts or distance. I think if we plan for that at the start we wont destroy our expectations and can make our gatherings more fun and maybe even have more of them. Of course that will rely on members in all areas helping to put together meets even if they are impromptu. Does anyone know anyone in other clubs that might have the same challenge of everyone being spread out like we do? How does the Ohio, North Carolina or the clubs in the Southwest solve the issue of distance and be able to stay active? |

Small bit of advice...have "Camaro" be in the club name, but don't include 5th gen in the club name, as the 6th gens will be here before you know it.

The weekend of April 27th would work better for me, but I'm not restricted to just Saturdays either.
So True. |

I'm kinda leaning toward the Badgerland or Badger Camaro Club. A little different but not cheesy either.

Sounds cool...I'm trying to wait on us all meeting, where we can all talk about this and what were are all going to be expecting out of the formation of a club. With the large distance between a lot of, obviously were aren't going to have giant numbers for cruises. If we could get regional interest it will help to sway the areas to meet and cruise. Of course we can plan a cruise for a central location where smaller groups can cruise from there region to have one large party. Maybe something like a grill out at a state park or something.
