1LE project for next weekend.
So I had some issues on my car so they are been taken care of already. Seems like I might get it back this upcoming week.
So I got a bunch of parts and accessories that will go on the weekend. Things from a 6 Piston Wilwood brake kit. AAC Oracle Afterburner 2.0 tail lights, Hex good vents, ZL1 style front splash guards, etc. I have an empty room at my house which I literally use to store all my car stuff. Here are the special made 1LE Turbocharged Emblems made by emblempros, as well as their black mirror side gills. And Camaro collection strut covers and interior knob covers. The Hex hood vents. The Carbon fiber engine cover by West Coast Camaro with an Emblempros badge. By the way the "LE" are made of carbon fiber Showstopper engine bay covers and Showstopper Fromt ZL1 rock guards More angles of the showstopper covers and the carbon fiber cover. AAC Oracle Afterburner 2.0 tail lights GTS Rear Solar wing Overall the stuff that hopefully will go in the car this weekend. The only thing I'm missing pictures of is the Wilwood brake kit that's because I took it to the house if the friend where we will do the install but ill post pictures when the project is done. I also wanted to mention where I got the parts because I feel they are great quality and want to let other members know about them. I'm not being sponsored at all by anyone but I felt it was right to give credit to those who have made great parts for Camaros. |

I love the hood vents they are pretty big and sturdy . The only thing I don't trust them to much in rain conditions... They have splash guards but still don't trust them to much... So that's why I cleaned my garage today to keep it in whenever I'm not driving it |

I cleaned it up with some spray polish (hybrid 7) and wheel protective coating (wheel guard). .

You gonna do the vent install yourself lio?
I've gotten caught in some light rain without my splash guards or engine cover, hasn't created as big a mess as I expected. A little spray and wipe under the hood and gtg again. |

I like the idea and looks of the Hex Vents but I'm on the fence. I'm trying to decide if it's "just right" or maybe just a bit to much for my liking on our 1LE. I've looked and looked and looked at them, looked at as many pictures as I can come across, almost ordered them a half dozen times but I'm just not sure.
Ozzy, they look great on your 1LE!! I'm just not sure if they are for me though.......

And rain was my concern since I don't have another vehicle and if it rains hard I think I'll be screwed but I'm gonna do it anyways... The looks of the vents in your car close the decision in getting the vents |
