If my other order of the bluetooth onstar unit doesn't go through then this will be what I ended up getting.

I talked to Chris on the 30th, he had about 50 units to send out in the first wave. he stated that the "Buy it Now" feature on the website would be up and running on the 1st, with shipping this week.

I checked it on the 1st and it was working so I bought one for my 06 Z71 Sub, should get it soon and I'll let everyone know how the install goes. Now just have to figure out where the box is...

I guess that is what he meant by "small amount of units for initial release". 50 is not a lot. maybe after this, he will be able to get more inventory. as far as shipping this week, I haven't heard when they will ship. End of the week, Mike?

Alright dudes, Chris wants me to test out the functionality of the BlueStar on the Camaro. I bought one, but don't know when i'll receive it. if all works out good, i'll let Chris know and proceed from there.

If Chris needs someone to test it out on an 08 GMC Sierra I'm happy to offer my help. Need to get one going soon as the "hands-free law" here in Oregon is killing me, but was hoping to get in on the group buy. Let me know if my offer is needed. Thanks

Well, if it doesn't work in the Camaro, then no group buy. but if it does work, then the group buy will still happen. according to earlier posts, the bluestar should ship out by the end of the week (

The Camaro group buy will probably be offered in a week or two once it has been tested in the Camaro.
Keep your eyes on this forum for postings and write-ups. There will be a special website set up for the group buy.

Since it had to be tested for the Camaro, i went ahead and paid full price for my Suburban but Chris counted my purchase in the GB, that way you only need 9......

Hi guys, I found another thread with a few guys looking at the 2010 Bluestar and interested in a group buy so i directed them here so we can hopefully get a definite list of 10+ for when we get the green light to order. Hope it helps!
