get a new fender!(it is just a bolt-on.)

It's probably cheaper than repairing the damaged one anyway.

Just looking at it I would say $2,000 or less. How did you not catch this person...you are in a camaro. My ptsd would have kicked in and I would have ran him down no matter what it took. Hope you find him, if not you should be able to claim "hit and run" they will do an investigation, look for paint chips... that kind of thing, and it should be paid for... as long as the don't find paint from railings, or wood from telephone poles
