Cyber Grey with New Mud Flaps - Pics

Well I bought my mud flaps from GM Parts Direct I think its called. Found the link in the forums here and figured I'd try it. They were super fast to get them to me but I cant figure out why they cost so much. They do match perfectly and the quality is great!. Installing them took under an hour and I did have to take off the back wheels to cause I didnt have a small torx driver. You can do it without if you got the bits for a hand rachet. I also bought the door sill stickers and they add a nice touch to the car when you open the door. I can fully recommend the mud flaps because when I got down on the ground I saw lots of small nicks in the paint from only 250 miles on the car. If your not sure due to the price I can understand but after installing them I think its a must have. Here are some pictures.

Im going to have to look at the back ones again. They look off a bit but I lined them up with the holes so perhaps its just the RS package with bigger tires that make them look a tad off. Even so you got to get down on your hands and knees to see this. They look nice from the side though. The flaps do seem to block the water from hitting the back end so I think it will be fine.

Hmmm... these pics tell me two things... 1. I like the mud flaps... 2. I think the satin nickel fuel door I put on my CGM needs to go...

NO, the Rev limiter is not set to 118MPH... and YES, driving in this manner does affect MPG...

IDK why people keep putting the different colored fuel doors on. It completely draws your attention away from the car, to the fuel door. IMO it looks really out of place.

Post a pic. I want to see it. I like to keep the car lines flowing without making people stop and look at one thing.

I was quoted $518.00 for the complete set here in Ontario. Also, I would have to order black as they don't have the IBM for some reason. I told the Parts guy I didn't need the whole fender...just the mud guards . Don't think he quite got the humor.

HAHA. I like to take care of my stuff. This is my first new car in ten years so I want to try and make sure it stays nice. Mud flaps saved my last car and I know it will help. I wish I had enough money to have two cars and only drive this one on nice days but thats not in the cards yet.

Almost agree. But I found lots of chips there from either....

1. road debris
2. my evil twin spinning the tires

Not much choice but to leave them.
