Hoosiers D.O.T Drag Radial 2

Hello all,

i've found a few threads with minor information on the Hoosiers, so i figured i'd start one up for informational purposes.

I have 2012 A6 SS Camaro, 645rwhp / 581rwtq

18" x 11" Zl1 style wheels out back
20" x 10" Zl1 style wheels up front

i'm running vredestein Sessanta 275/40r20's up front and running the Hoosier 325/45r18 tires out back

so far, upon my initial tests, my TC lights and everything work as they did before tires. i'm able to turn everything off / back on.

the only thing i noticed is my ABS seems to be triggered / felt through the brake pedal in normal day to day driving. I haven't really tested stopping distance or anything, but figured it may be normal.

I have just under 1.25" between the tire and the outer quarter panel and about 1" between the tire and the inner wheel well worth of clearance.

Any questions, i can try to answer. or any input someone wants to share, feel free to.

Awesome, I'm looking at getting the hoosiers as well. Did you have any trouble fitting the 345s? I was looking at 315s.

you just made me realize i put 345's smh. they're 325's. , i feel like an idiot now that i didn't catch that typo

315's will fit no problem. but i wouldn't doubt someone on here has fit 345's with minor bulging on a smaller sidewall

I thought 345 seemed a little wide.

I purchased a set of Hoosier drag radials. I noticed that the rim spun a little bit in the wheel.

haven't updated this in a while, apologies.

so far i really like the tires, hook better than my old M&H's. i'm still working on getting things dialed in, but so far i've only been able to cut a 1.598 60' (i'm not the best driver btw, just keep that in mind ha - my avg's were around 1.8's-1.9's though now they're 1.6-1.7)

last week marks my 8th run on these tires though, and november was best time of year for us with a low 2500 DA. running them in bakersfield on 12/3 in better weather with some people hopefully can give me some launch tips while there.

overall though, novice to novice runs, they're noticeably better than my M&H's avg 60' time so far.
