Make sure your tuner turned off the misfire codes.

Maybe this is what was causing the reduced performance error I was getting yesterday while playing with the Desired Throttle Area tables?

Prior to Ted tuning my car I had all kinds of problems ranging from extreme bucking, the RPMs surging from 800-2000 while in neutral and limp mode every now and then. After his tune and some data logging the car runs as smooth as I would think a G6X3 could.

If you have any tuning doubts, get a hold of Ted!

I havent seen this in the Gen5s, but I have in older MAF LSx vehicles.

If the MAF is clogged, it will read deeper into the HZ scale and show more g/Cyl on your delivered torque table. Neither which are accurate readings at that point, but cause the same effect. If its dirty with less guageable surface you now exceeding the upper limits of the MAF, the fuel system will shut down and reset.

you can also be in limp mode for playing in the desired throttle area.

Thank you for the Recommendation.

Glad I was able to make your Tuning experience a good one.

Ted.

If one tries to start it before the "rest period" has run its course, the car won't start at all, not even in "limp mode".
Most likely in the tune, I can help if your Tuner Can't.
