face lift and new look tomorrow

dropping my v6 sim off at the dealership tomorrow. Getting the ss front bumper, unpainted heritage grill, and black factory stripes put on. Then I am going down to myrtle beach for college orientation. Then picking her up next Wednesday bringing her to the powder coating place getting rims done flat black will post pics then cant wait

could not get the ss front bumper yet because the dealer said they could not install so ordering kit and doing it my self soon

trust me i wunt i jus want the ss bumper cuz i got the hide away plate and it does not fit on the v6 nd i like my rs badges

The first person that manufactures an easily installed mailslot for the V6 fascia is going to make a fortune!!

I'm not saying SS's are better, Im merely amused at all the threads of people upgrading to SS standard equipment. Just saying.. It's still a Camaro though, so you have better taste than 90% of the population.

I agree. Someone would be able to dremel out an area above their grill and add a slot. They could even get creative, adjusting the shape and what not.

I personally don't like or hate the mail slot at all, it's the lower front and that slight bulge near the foglamps which make the car look more aggressive to me. The LT bumper raises up a bit on the bottom, giving it a more hawkish-type nose. To each their own.

+1 that is why i dont like the v6 front ether i dont want the mailslot i just want the more aggressive look

I really like the SS bumper also (its the lower portion, not the mailslot that I like)...but I don't want to mimic it.

So I went a route that makes my car unique: Heritage + Street Scene lower grill and ducts. (still gotta add RS emblem back yet)
