Angry OVERSPRAY!

So I get a call at work today telling me to get out to the parking lot...we've got a problem. Get out to my car and find it to have white paint overspray all over the car. There is a visit next week from the board of directors and instead of waiting for the weekend to paint the shop entrance sign (about 20 feet tall) when the lot would be damn near empty! The decision was made to go ahead and paint and covering cars with overspray.

Is there a go to way to get this off?? Clay bar? Buff? What can I do? And by what can I do I mean what is my work need to pay to have done??

I would file an insurance claim right away and then the insurance can go after the painters insurance.

Clay should remove it, worst case would be having to wet sand.

you will most likely need an aggressive clay and buff.

Clay will take it off, it will take some work but it will come off. Take pictures before you do anything just in case though. Then kick whoever at your company gave the go ahead to paint.

Your company has responsibility to return to pre-existing condition; they're liable. Get commitment from them before you undertake anything. Then take to a reliable detailing shop. If you start to fix yourself, you may inadvertently relieve your company of their responsibility,
