OP, could be a battery issue. I have had odd symptoms prior to a bad battery when my car was just n/a bolton's. If the battery does not hold much juice, the power hungry system will show odd signs.

Maybe look at the battery taps for battery acid or corrosion if there is you can use baking soda and warm water to clean it up.

It's a new battery. He tried taking it to the dealer to get it diagnosed and they said they won't touch it lol

Don't waste time at the dealer. Does he have a shop scanner? Can you see crank counts?

The basics are key, fuel, air, and spark. Don't get caught up with all the mods of the car, and think that the realm of the problem is in those mods. Do your basics first.

OK well the car won't start normally through the ignition I mean. He pushed it down the driveway popped the clutch and it starts. I'll post a link to a video. The engine doesn't sound too good.

Will it fire up with either?

How much power does this car make?

It sounds like rod knock from a spun bearing. But I hope it's a misfiring crank position issue. Look into the harness towards the pcm hopefully they aren't damaged.

I have never seen that C code, nor can I find a DTC for it. Are you sure that's it starts with a C? Obviously the other two codes are from the crankshaft position sensor and it not being relearned. Makes sense why it won't fire up. Not saying that is your answer, but a relearn will have to be done. Push starting the car, vs getting it to start on either, helps narrow the possible causes down.

I am sure the shop that has the car now will get it sorted.

If car starts being pushed started like that, it isn't a melted harness/etc unless it is just the starter harness.

Sounds like someting cam apart. Valve spring, rocker, lifter, etc. Don't run it until you figure that out.

The car made 730 on a loaded mustang dyno. He is going to take the starter and alternator off and troubleshoot those before going to the shop. Still has to the relearn procedure on the cam sensor

It really does sound like a valve train issue. I had a similar sound a while back turned out to be a failed lifter. Had to get new lifters and new cam. I wouldn't run it much and drain the oil and look for any metal. Perhaps a oil analysis would be good too.
