Take some of those long noodle things kids use in the pool and cut them in half with an Olfa blade!

I can't relate to putting these cars away. I understand really wanting to take care of something. But some rain and ain't gonna hurt it.

My approach

- these cars WILL. NOt be collectible, 1969 has come and gone, we missed our chance
- you may think you'll keep this forever, but something newer, cooler, and faster will come out....you'll want that instead
- you spend your hard earned money on it, how could you walk by a beautiful camaro and get in a beater?

I won't drive mine in snow cause I'd take my wife's Benz. I avoid rain only because I don't want shit tracked in.

I've been driving on my factory f1's in sub 30 for a week without issues.

I have a 2011 LS, I'm running 245 - 45 - 18 Front and 255 -45 - 18 rears

They're a bit smaller than factory but I don't have problems (TPMS still work fine)

Id recommend just go factory size though 255-55 (or 60) - 18 I believe but double check that

I've been driving 10 camaro 2LT all winters lol! I'm in saskatoon and last week it was like -30C down here. I have a set if good year ultra grip ice wrt. They work great and I've never have problems drive my baby in snowy winter

If the snow was any deeper, I wouldn't drive. Its not the main roads that get this bad, its the side ones and unfortunately on this day, it didn't stop all day, so had to get home. Once I got onto the side roads, just slowed down.

Ah oK, I'm considering getting the GFX down the road but thats one thing that concerned me. The white stripes look awesome in the winter!

Are you guys driving and leaving your cars in the snow intentionally? im trying to understand the logic, considering all the post affects that come with doing so...

They have a thing called car washes , when needed spray off the salt and snow and go again , beats the hell out of letting it sit in a garage for half a year .
These are $20 to $40 K cars , not some exotic half million dollar car

Oh do they? I wouldnt know I dont take my car to a friggin car wash. I can see where your coming from now after that statement, why would you care if it gets rusted from salt and snow and sits in the elements to rot instead of a nice garage protecting it. hell what was i thinkin

I'm trying to figure out why those who drive their Camaros feel the need to wonder or care why I don't drive my car in the winter. Get more than one car and you too can leave it in the garage. Are you one car guys upset about your situation that you feel the need to justify why you bought the car? I bought my car for me to enjoy not for someone who needs to criticise to make them feel better about their lack of options for winter. Worry about what's in your garage.

Welp, it is getting a little testy in here, so here is my 2012 2LT sitting in front of the garage. See how pretty it looks all snow covered.
