Vararam Super Wedge results

Well I went to the track with the wedge and here are the results (i am tuned but tune was untouched between runs to try to make it fair for the ones that don't want to use a tune)

without the wedge installed ran a 13.08@107.10
with the wedge installed ran a 12.98@109.88

now this is DA corrected since the runs were on different days (had to let the car relearn the wedge). I was going to do back to back runs but after installing the wedge I knew that was impossable the car had to relearn. There is more on the table for the ones that tune.

How many passes with and without?
Whats standing out to me is the mph gain.

no I tried but it fell on its face the fuel trims were all wrong. I don't think its possible to do runs the same night, maybe if you had a whole day so you can drive the car for a little while to relearn.

Mods like this that require a learn cycle would never be accurate running back to back. He took all weekend to do this for you guys and do it "real world". From what he's told me and all the data logs he's run, I'd say it's worth over 1 to 1.5 solid mph gain. maybe more.

Any idea how many miles of learn time you put on after installation and before hitting the track?

Nice... so you are tuned right? So I could install this and not have to retune my car... This does seem to have worked.

If you were to tune the car for the wedge, like say on a dyno (or with HP tuners) would it require learn time? Or would it be ready to go once you loaded the seperate tunes?

i just have a diablo tune(had a trinity sitting on the shelf from previous truck). Now I think if you are Dyno tuned then you will have to get it retuned, not sure tho
