I'm curious about the HVAC controls.
Sounds like they put the controls around the vents. So I'm guessing round vents with a ring around it for HVAC controls. Can each vent be controlled (temp & fan speed) independently from the others? That would be cool & unique.

This so-called blind-spot issue is to me a complete non-issue. I'm glad they didn't fix anything. There was never a problem to begin with. Look over your shoulder, use your mirrors, lean a little forward or whatever....sheesh....

The exterior dimensions are within 2 inches of the fifth gen? Why is it so big it were going to a smaller platform,?

Yes, nice they didn't listen to the trade rags wants and kept the Camaro a stylish car !! It's a pain, but every time I park, I open the door to verify the parking lot line marker....part of the territory of owning a Camaro.

IMO, the visibility issue is overblown. Adjusting your mirrors will do you wonders. But I will say, parking is troublesome in the camaro. Glad to see they're adding a backup camera to all models.

Honestly, I think 440 HP would be enough
It's supposed to be at least 200 pounds lighter than the C5, and they said it's posting lap times quicker than the 2015 1LE, which was ALREADY beating the 2015 Mustang GT Track Pack. Even with an "unsatisfactory" 440 HP, this thing should perform like a beast. Would I like to see more power? Who wouldn't? Does it need it? Probably not. Just my $0.02

I'm hoping "rear sonar" includes blind spot monitors and the cross traffic alert while backing up. If so then visibility is a non-issue. I'm loving what they're saying about the interior. Can't wait to see it!

I have no issue driving the van or changing lanes. I'd expect much better visibility with the Camaro and a backup camera. According to some I should be getting in accidents daily. People just need to b*tch about something. |

There is no way the SS doesn't make at least 450hp/450tq with the standard exhaust. I'm expecting 46x with the optional exhaust.

This is a pretty difinitive statement. I guarantee there is one on a competitor site that will still drone on and on that the car will not be this light
